To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.
  • Some items, such as opened supplements, personalized products, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Return

  • Please include your order number and reason for the return in your message.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement item once the returned item is received. Shipping charges for the exchange may apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at fabfit111@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return label and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale/clearance items
